838 Park Place is a quintessential NYC walk-up. A limestone apartment building located in Brooklyn, New York was experiencing all the common heating and energy issues; high energy bills, drafty windows, and uneven heating.

With help from Brooklyn SolarWorks, BlocPower, and a team of other organizations, the cooperative members at 838 Park Place HDFC, were able to find a long-term solution.
